A just 5 days old child presented to us at Pushp Clinic with a rare Fracture of left Femur bone sustained during a difficult labour at a peripheral location of Indore.
Conventionally such fractures are treated with Gallow’s traction. We also did the same but in an innovative way, so that the infant could go back to his mother; using a Perambulator. In this arrangement, the kid could go back to his home immediately, can be nursed properly, with no problems in maintaining the hygiene.
